井上雅彦教授の論文が『Journal of Positive Behavior Interventions』に掲載されました

井上雅彦教授の論文「Effects of Behavioral and Functional Training on Japanese Preschool Teacher Knowledge and Child Behavior」が『Journal of Positive Behavior Interventions』に掲載されました。本研究では、幼稚園教諭を対象に、問題行動をもつ子どもに対する行動的・機能的アプローチに基づいた研修の効果を評価しました。その結果、教諭の応用行動分析に関する知識が向上し、子どもの問題行動が改善されたことが確認されました。
