Our educational programs provide students with a broad perspective on brain science, including neural cell biology, anatomy and physiology of neural circuitry, neural mechanisms underlying sensory and motor function, the neural basis of higher-order brain functions such as memory, and brain-related disorders.

Research Themes

We investigate the molecular pathogenesis of psychiatric and neurodegenerative disorders using proprietary cell and animal models, and develop novel therapeutic approaches to improve these conditions.
